In addition to our licensing and certifications, we have round the clock inspectors pulling products, checking equipment, and testing procedures. Not only do we have 24 hour monitoring, checking, and evaluation of the entire production process, we can tell you at any given moment exactly where your product is in the manufacturing process, what the raw material inventory is to produce it, and exactly when it will be tested, packed, and shipped.

Our in-house laboratory constantly checks accuracy through testing and measuring of materials and processes. Our staff is trained and retrained in the finer details of the finer details. And although we are sticklers for efficiency and a bit manic about those tiny details, we go out of our way to remember that we are all just people. We value our employees and our clients and treat all of them with respect and dignity.

PEDI can offer Statistical Process Control (SPC) to those companies that require this for their product. We are constantly shriving to make continuous improvements in our quality control and will begin installing Six Sigma into our quality system in the near future.
